Customer Reviews
My new cherry tree
Got a Kirschbaum a few weeks back. It showed up looking strong and healthy. Planted it that weekend and it's doing great so far. Shipping was okay, didn't have any issues. Pretty happy with it.
Detailed review of my order
I placed an order for several Heckenpflanzen and some Lavendel. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I found what I needed easily. Shipping was handled by DHL. The plants were packaged very carefully; each plant was secured in its own cardboard sleeve with damp material around the roots. They arrived about 6 business days after I ordered, which is reasonable for international shipping of live plants. All the plants were robust and showed no signs of stress from transit. I had a small question about planting instructions, and their customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with helpful advice. The quality seems high for all items received.
Decent value on roses
I was looking for some Rosen for my garden and found this site. They had a sale going on, so I picked up a few varieties. The prices were competitive, especially with the seasonal offer I found. The plants arrived in good condition, although one of the roses had a slightly bent stem. For the price I paid, I felt it was a good deal overall. It's hard to find good quality plants without breaking the bank, so I was pleased with the savings.
Consistent quality, again
This is my third time ordering from Baumschule Horstmann. I previously got some Buchen and now some Buchsbaumkugeln. As usual, the quality was top-notch, the plants were healthy and well-rooted. Delivery was just as reliable as my past orders, no surprises there. It's why I keep coming back.
Good plants, delivery slow
I ordered some Rhododendron and Azaleen from here. The plants arrived well-packaged and looked healthy, which was good. But, delivery took a full week to get to me in Texas, which felt a bit long for live plants. The customer service responded to my email about the delay though.

Hey, thinking about ordering some fruit trees. How long does shipping usually take to the US, specifically California? Wanna make sure they don't sit in transit too long.
